UX/UI Designer

Overview

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create amazing user experiences for our products. In this role, you will combine interface design skills with a strong user-centered design approach to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and user research
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the design
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or similar
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout, and color
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
• Experience with user testing and research methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
